The PanoMaticInverse does something unusual: it turns the movement around so the duplex swan-neck fine adjustment, normally hidden under the caseback, sits on the dial side in full view. That regulating assembly, with its two hand-finished swan-neck springs, is the visual centrepiece of the watch.

It is housed in a 42mm stainless steel case with an off-centre galvanized rhodium dial, applied indexes, and the manufacture's Panorama Date in black on ivory. The divided Glashütte three-quarter plate carries a stripe finish, with polished steel parts, bevelled edges, blued screws and a skeletonised rotor with a 21-carat gold oscillating weight.
