Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order products allow customers to secure selected items before they become available for general sale or arrive at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Confirmation

Products listed as PRE-ORDER are items that we have ordered and expect to receive from our suppliers.

Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed. Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and the item will be reserved for you, subject to these terms.

Estimated Availability & Delivery

Each pre-order product page will display an estimated availability, arrival or delivery timeframe.

Please note that all pre-order dates and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Pre-order products may be subject to delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, couriers, customs authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil pre-orders as close as possible to the estimated timeframe and will communicate material delays where appropriate.

Pre-Order Delays

A delay to the estimated release, arrival or delivery date does not automatically mean that a pre-order has been cancelled.

If a product is delayed, your pre-order will remain active and your item will remain reserved for you unless we inform you otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Allocation

Pre-order quantities may be limited. Placing and successfully paying for a pre-order reserves the product against our expected allocation.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed pre-order due to supplier cancellation, allocation changes, product discontinuation or another circumstance that prevents us from supplying the product, we will notify you and provide a refund of the amount paid for the affected item.

Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Products

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be shipped together once all products are available.

Where available, separate shipping may be arranged or offered. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping

Once a pre-order product has arrived at our warehouse and is ready for dispatch, it will be processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges for international shipments remain the responsibility of the customer in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order products are specifically secured against expected incoming inventory, cancellation requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
