Deals Guru specialises in the sale of watches and other products offered through our website.
All products sold by Deals Guru are represented as 100% authentic.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, including its model, condition, included accessories, documentation, packaging and warranty status.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, products are supplied with the original packaging, papers, documentation and accessories applicable to that particular item.
Images are provided for illustrative and identification purposes. Colours, finishes and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on the device or display being used.
Certain products may be sourced through authorised distributors, wholesalers, secondary markets or other legitimate supply channels. Unless expressly stated, the sale of a particular brand does not imply that Deals Guru is an authorised dealer, agent or representative of that brand.

Where an individual serial number is associated with a product, we may record that serial number before shipment for authentication, security, fraud prevention and return verification purposes.

Removal of protective stickers, bracelet resizing, engraving, alteration, use or damage after delivery may affect eligibility for a return, except where the customer has rights that cannot legally be excluded.
All returned watches may be inspected to verify their condition, serial number, accessories, documentation and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject a return where the product returned is not the same product supplied by us or has been materially altered or damaged after delivery, subject always to applicable law.

- A warranty provided by Deals Guru;
- Another third-party warranty; or

The sale of a product by Deals Guru does not necessarily mean that Deals Guru is an authorised dealer of the relevant manufacturer.
