This Reine de Naples 8918 features an 18K white gold ovoid case (35.60 x 28.45 mm, 8.7mm thick) with a hand-engraved guilloché silvered gold dial partly finished in natural white mother-of-pearl, large Breguet numerals, and an off-centered chapter ring with a pear-cut diamond. The bezel and dial flange carry 117 brilliant-cut diamonds and the buckle is set with 28 more, alongside a briolette-cut diamond crown.
